Conn. Agencies Regs. § 16-11-11 - Accidents
(a) Every gas company shall at all times use
every effort to properly warn and protect the public from danger and shall
exercise all possible care to reduce the hazard to which employees, customers
and others may be subjected by reason of its equipment and
facilities.
(b) Every gas company
shall assist the commission in promptly examining into the causes of and the
circumstances connected with all fatal accidents and other accidents of a
serious nature.
