Conn. Agencies Regs. § 16-11-13 - Testing equipment and facilities
(a) Every gas
company shall, unless specifically excused by the commission, provide for and
have available such shop facilities, instruments and other equipment and
accessories as may be necessary to carry out the tests required by these
regulations. All testing equipment shall be properly maintained, and shall be
available at all reasonable times for inspection, approval and use by the
commission or its qualified representatives. Gas companies may arrange for the
joint use of such facilities.
(b)
Testing equipment shall be so located and used that the samples of gas tested
shall be typical of the gas being distributed in the system.
