Conn. Agencies Regs. § 16-11-238 - Meter test and record retention
(a) All watt-hour
meters installed and owned by a submetering customer shall be tested
periodically in conformity with the most recent ANSI Code for Electricity
Metering. Meter test data shall be furnished to the Department upon
request.
(b) Meter records shall be
kept by the submetering customer and shall include the identification of each
meter, the date and place of its latest installation or removal and the date
and results of the most current meter test. These records shall be maintained
for the previous two years.
(c)
Every submetering customer shall provide to the Department, upon request data
or records as may be deemed necessary by the Department related to the
submetering and furnishing of electric service to submetered parties.
