Conn. Agencies Regs. § 16-11-56 - Meter reading sheets or cards
The meter reading sheets or cards shall show:
(1) The customer's name, address and service
classification;
(2) the identifying
number or description of the meter;
(3) meter readings and dates;
(4) identification of an estimated
bill.
