Conn. Agencies Regs. § 16-11-58 - Meter test records

Each utility shall maintain records of each test made of a meter for not less than two years. Test records shall include the following:

(1) The date and reason for the test;
(2) the type and capacity of the meter;
(3) the reading of the meter before making the test;
(4) the accuracy "as found" at each rate of flow;
(5) the accuracy "as left" at each rate of flow;
(6) if the test of the meter is made by using a standard meter, the utility shall retain all data taken at the time of the test in sufficient form to permit the convenient checking of the test methods and the calculations.
