Conn. Agencies Regs. § 16-11-59 - Records relating to meters
Each utility shall maintain records of the following data, where applicable, for each meter and associated metering device until retirement:
(1) The complete
identification, including manufacturer, number, type, capacity and units;
(2) the dates of installation and
removal from service, together with the location.
