Conn. Agencies Regs. § 16-11-90 - Test by commission
(1) In accordance
with section
16-259 of
the general statutes, the commission, upon request, shall cause to be tested
for accuracy the water meter at a customer's premises.
(2) A water company, after notification by
the commission that a test is to be made pursuant to the provisions of said
section
16-259,
shall not adjust, disturb or remove the meter in question, except as directed
by an authorized representative of the commission.
