Conn. Agencies Regs. § 22a-30-12 - Permits
(a)
Duration of permit, initiation of
activity. All activities initiated under a permit issued pursuant to
these regulations shall be completed within the time period specified in the
permit. The commissioner, in writing, may extend a permit upon receipt of a
written request stating a valid reason for such an extension.
(b)
Other permits and licenses;
property rights. Any permit issued pursuant to these regulations shall
be subject to and in no way derogate any present or future property rights or
powers of the State of Connecticut and convey no property rights in real estate
or material including riparian or littoral rights nor any exclusive privileges,
and is further subject to any and all public and private rights and to any
federal, state or local laws or regulations pertinent to the property or
activity affected by it. Obtaining any other applicable permit or license is
solely the responsibility of the applicant.
