Conn. Agencies Regs. § 22a-30-5 - Activities not regulated
In accordance with the provisions of sections 22a-29, 22a-361, and 22a-363b of the General Statutes, the following activities are excluded from regulation under section 22a-32 of the General Statutes and these regulations:
(1) Activities conducted by the mosquito
control division of the department of health services;
(2) Conservation activities of the state
department of environmental protection;
(3) Construction or maintenance of aids to
navigation which are authorized by governmental authority;
(4) The emergency decree of any duly
appointed health officer of a municipality acting to protect the public
health;
(5) Activities authorized
under a general permit issued pursuant to section
22a-361
of the General Statutes;
(6)
Activities authorized under a certificate of permission pursuant to section
22a-363b
of the General Statutes.
