Conn. Agencies Regs. § 22a-315-15 - Establishment of the council on soil and water conservation
(a) The commissioner hereby establishes a
Council, as authorized by subsection
22a-315(c)
of the Connecticut General Statutes, that shall be known as the Council on Soil
and Water Conservation.
(b) The
Council shall have the powers and duties as set forth in Section
22a-315
of the Connecticut General Statutes.
