Conn. Agencies Regs. § 38a-495a-21 - Effective date
Sections 38a-495a-1 to 38a-495a-21, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies shall be effective when posted to the eRegulations System website by the Secretary of the State.
