1 Del. Admin. Code § 803-8.0 - Training, Qualification and Records
8.1 Complete records should reflect all
firearms training, qualification, and re-evaluation activities, as well as the
performance and proficiency of the law enforcement officer during such
activities.
8.2 Copies of all
training course schedules, curricula, and lesson plans must be maintained along
with the records of individual trainees.
