16 Del. Admin. Code § 200-7.0 - Environmental Controls
7.1 Systems
must have adequate environmental controls to meet the heating, ventilation,
cooling and humidity requirements of the equipment that will be utilized to
meet the coverage requirements.
7.2
All systems, cables and antenna systems shall be grounded with a single point
ground system of five (5) ohms or less.
7.3 System transient suppression for the
telephone circuits, ac power, radio frequency (RF) cabling are
required.
