Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 29L-7.008 - Situation Assessment
(1) A
jurisdiction, organization, group, or individual may request that the ARPC
staff or other neutral party perform a situation assessment at any time, before
or after initiation of the process.
(2) The situation assessment may involve
examination of documents, interviews, and/or assessment meetings, and shall
recommend issues to be addressed, parties that may participate, appropriate
resolution procedures and a proposed schedule.
