Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64B6-3.004 - Requirements for Reactivation of an Inactive License
An inactive license shall be reactivated upon demonstration that the licensee has paid the reactivation fee, and the processing fee, set forth in Rule 64B6-4.009, F.A.C., and must submit proof of successful completion of ten (10) hours per year of approved continuing education for each year of inactive status.
