Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64B6-8.005 - Disciplinary Proceedings Against Trainees
The legal requirements which apply to licensees apply with equal force to trainees, and violation thereof subjects the trainee to the same disciplinary provisions as are applicable to licensees.
