Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64E-14.009 - Garbage and Refuse Disposal
(1) Garbage
shall be retained in cleanable, watertight receptacles of impervious material
which are provided with tight fitting covers suitable to protect the contents
from flies, insects, rodents and other animals. Receptacles shall be provided
in sufficient quantity to store garbage from all buildings and housing
units.
(2) Garbage containers shall
be kept clean and shall be emptied on a regular basis, but not less than twice
weekly.
(3) Provisions shall be
made for disposing of the garbage, kitchen wastes and other refuse in
accordance with Chapter 62-701, F.A.C., and local codes, as
applicable.
