Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 69O-150.115 - Group or Quasi-Group Implications
(1) An
advertisement of a particular policy or contract shall not state or imply that
prospective insureds become group or quasi-group members covered under a group
policy or contract and as such enjoy special rates or underwriting privileges,
unless such is the fact. The term "enrollment" shall not be used except in
connection with the offer of group insurance.
(2) No solicitation of a particular class,
such as governmental employees, which state or imply that their occupational
status of group members entitles them to reduced rates on a group or other
basis when, in fact, the policy being advertised is sold only on an individual
basis at regular rates.
