Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 120-2-15-.03 - Other Reporting Upon Written Notice

Any insurer doing business in the State of Georgia and issuing policies of property and/or casualty insurance shall file with the Office of Commissioner of Insurance the information required in ยง 120-2-15-.02 and such other specifically related information for such periods of time as the Commissioner may require from time to time by written notice to any such insurer. The information shall be submitted within ten (10) days from receipt of notice unless, upon showing of good cause, an extension of time is granted by the Commissioner. This regulation is not intended to limit or diminish any other reporting or notice requirements found elsewhere in the Georgia Insurance Code or the Rules and Regulations of the Georgia Insurance Department.
