Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 120-2-2-.23 - Limited Participation
1. A person wishing to participate in an
adjudication other than as a party must file a motion to participate as a
limited participant. The motion must state concisely the reasons why the movant
wishes to participate in the adjudication and the extent of participation
desired.
2. Any party may file a
response within 10 days after a motion to participate as a limited participant
is filed.
3. The Adjudicator may
grant the motion, in whole or part, upon finding that the movant will
contribute materially to the Adjudicator's ability to make an informed decision
in the adjudication. The Adjudicator must give the movant notice of her/his
decision on the motion.
