Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 120-2-23-.08 - Subsidiaries of Domestic Insurers

The authority to invest in subsidiaries under subsection (b) of O.C.G.A. Section 33-13-2is in addition to any authority to invest in subsidiaries which may be contained in any other provision of the Georgia Insurance Code.
