Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 144-5-.10 - State Grant Programs

This rule supports the implementation of State Grant Programs as may be authorized and appropriated by the Georgia General Assembly.

The specific criteria for eligibility and distribution of funds shall be detailed in the grant solicitation or request for proposals issued by the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council.
