Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 292-4-.04 - Appeal from the Decision of the Commission

If the Commission disapproves the applicant's application, the applicant may appeal the Commission's decision to the Superior Court in accordance with O.C.G.A. 50-13-1et. seq.
