Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 350-4-.13 - Time and Place of Hearing
(1) The hearing shall be conducted at the offices of the
Department of Medical Assistance unless exigent circumstances necessitate a
different venue, and at a reasonable time and date. Reasonable notice of the
time and location shall be given to all parties prior to the scheduled hearing.
In setting the hearing, the Administrative Law Judge shall consider those cases
pending before other Administrative Law Judges, and shall accommodate the needs
of the parties as far as practicable.
(2) The Administrative Law Judge may change the time and place
of the hearing sua sponte, for good cause shown by any party,
or per the mutual assent of all parties. Reasonable notice of such action shall
be given to all parties.
