Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 350-4-.16 - Discovery
(1) Discovery is limited to the following.
(a) A party, upon written request made to another party within
a reasonable time prior to the hearing, is entitled to:
1. obtain the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the
witnesses which the other party intends to call to testify at the
hearing;
2. inspect and make a copy of all documents which the party
proposes to offer into evidence.
(2) Any denial of discovery by a party shall be in writing and
shall be accompanied by a written statement describing the specific reasons for
denial as to each item of discovery denied. Such a denial shall be mailed
within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of filing the request for
discovery.
