Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 360-12-.02 - Definitions
As used in these rules, the following shall mean:
(a) "Composite Board" means the Composite
State Board of Medical Examiners established pursuant to Code Chapter 84-9, as
now or hereafter amended;
(b)
"marijuana" means marijuana or tetrahydrocannabinol, as defined or listed in
the "Georgia Controlled Substances Act," as now or hereafter amended:
(c) "physician" means person licensed to
practice medicine pursuant to Code Chapter 84-9, as now or hereafter
amended;
(d) "program" means the
Controlled Substances Therapeutic Research Program established pursuant to Code
Section 84-904A;
(e) "Review Board"
means the Patient Qualification Review Board established pursuant to Code
Section 84-905A.
