Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 464-10-.07 - Application for Certification

All applications for speed detection operator certification must be submitted within eighteen (18) months of speed detection operator course completion. Failure to submit an application within the required time frame will require the officer to retake the speed detection operator course.
