Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 464-8-.04 - Hearing Officer

The Hearing Officer (Administrative Law Judge) shall be appointed by the Chief Administrative Law Judge of the Office of State Administrative Hearings (O.S.A.H.), and shall have all the power and authority set forth in O.C.G.A. ยง 50-13, and may preside at any conferences, reviews, or hearings scheduled and/or conducted.
