Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 53-6-.02 - Late Renewal

A license which is renewed between July 1^st and September 30^th following expiration is subject to a penalty surcharge. (See Fee Schedule.) Failure to renew a license by October 1^st of an even year shall have the same effect as revocation. Failure to submit such proof of compliance shall be grounds for revocation or other disciplinary action by the Board.
