Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 560-2-15-.05 - Restrictions to Military Reservations

(1) Military Liquors, Military Beer, and Military Wine purchased pursuant to Subject 560-2-15 shall be sold or purchased on military reservations only by persons authorized to sell or purchase Alcoholic Beverages.
(2) The possession of Military Liquors, Beer, or Wine purchased pursuant to Subject 560-2-15 off the military reservation in quantities in excess of those authorized by O.C.G.A. § 3-3-8shall constitute the possession of non-tax paid Alcoholic Beverages subject to all laws and regulations relating to non-tax paid Alcoholic Beverages.
