ADMINISTRATIVE HISTORY
The Administrative History following each Rule gives the date on which the Rule was originally filed and its effective date, as well as the date on which any amendment or repeal was filed and its effective date.
Chapter 469-1, entitled "Marketing Order for Peaches," containing Rules 469-1-.01 through 469-1-.14, was filed and effective on June 30, 1965.
Rule 469-1-.08 has been amended. Filed May 1, 1987; effective May 21, 1987. Paragraph 469-1-.09(1) has been amended. Filed May 19, 1987; effective June 8, 1987.
