Haw. Code R. § 11-45-138 - Suppliers

A licensee shall use for medical use only:

(1) Radioactive material manufactured, produced, labeled, prepared, compounded, packaged, and distributed pursuant to these rules or the equivalent regulations of an agreement state or the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission; and

(2) Reagent kits that have been manufactured, labeled, packaged, and distributed in accordance with an approval issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

(3) Radiopharmaceuticals compounded from a prescription in accordance with chapter 16-95.

(4) Teletherapy and brachytherapy sources manufactured and distributed in accordance with a license issued pursuant to these rules or the equivalent regulations of an agreement state or the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
