Haw. Code R. § 11-850-42 - Allowed quantities for dispensing
(a) A dispensary
licensee may dispense to a qualifying patient, primary caregiver, qualifying
out-of-state patient, or caregiver of a qualifying out-of-state patient any
combination of cannabis or manufactured cannabis products that shall not exceed
four ounces of cannabis during a period of fifteen consecutive days, and shall
not exceed eight ounces of cannabis during a period of thirty consecutive
days.
(b) Consistent with section
11-850-61, a dispensary licensee
shall determine the quantity of cannabis or manufactured cannabis products
purchased by a qualifying patient, primary caregiver, qualifying out-of-state
patient, or caregiver of a qualifying out-of-state patient from any other
licensed dispensary within the state and shall not sell any amount of cannabis
or manufactured cannabis products to that qualifying patient, primary
caregiver, qualifying out-of-state patient, or caregiver of a qualifying
out-of-state patient that exceeds the limits identified in this
chapter.
