Haw. Code R. § 13-1-8 - Chairperson
(a) The chairperson shall, in addition to any
other duties, have charge of the board's official records and shall be
responsible for the maintenance and custody of the files and records of the
board, including transcripts of testimony and exhibits, with all papers and
requests filed in proceedings, the minutes of all action taken by the board and
all of its findings, determinations, reports, opinions, orders, rules, and
approved forms.
(b) The chairperson
shall also prepare for submission by the board an annual report of the
department's activities, accomplishments, and recommendations to the governor
and to the legislature through the governor.
