Haw. Code R. § 16-114-140 - Fees deposited; transmittal to the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council

(a) All fees, except for the annual registry fees, shall be deposited into the compliance resolution fund established pursuant to section 26-9(o), HRS.
(b) The annual registry fees shall be transmitted by the department to the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council in accordance with submission requirements of the Appraisal Subcommittee.
