Haw. Code R. § 16-14-4 - Subsidiaries of domestic insurers
The authority to invest in subsidiaries under section 431:11-103(b), HRS, is in addition to any authority to invest in subsidiaries which may be contained in any other provision of chapter 431, HRS.
