Haw. Code R. § 16-178-1 - Introduction
Chapter 431P, Hawaii Revised Statutes, established the hurricane reserve trust fund, which is funded, in part, by a special mortgage recording fee. This chapter establishes guidelines for the special mortgage recording fee.
