Haw. Code R. § 16-38-5 - Registration; generally
An applicant may be registered under chapter 485, HRS, if the commissioner finds that the applicant is qualified, has sufficient training and experience, is of good repute, and otherwise satisfies the requirements of chapter 485, HRS, and this chapter.
