Haw. Code R. § 16-74-82 - Coaching
Seconds and managers must not coach or in any way assist a principal during a round, or by word or action attempt to heckle or annoy his opponent. They must remain seated in place and be quiet. Continued coaching, after being issued a warning, may result in a fine, suspension or both.
