Haw. Code R. § 16-83-46 - Administrative practice and procedure
The rules of practice and procedure for hearing aid dealers and fitters shall be as provided in chapter 16-201, the rules of practice and procedure of the department of commerce and consumer affairs as adopted, and as may subsequently be amended which are incorporated by reference and made a part of this chapter.
