Haw. Code R. § 16-83-7 - Availability of user instructional brochure
Upon request by an individual who is considering purchase of a hearing aid, a dealer and fitter, with respect to any hearing aid that the dealer and fitter dispenses, shall provide a copy of the user instructional brochure for the hearing aid.
