Haw. Code R. § 16-85-1 - Objective

This chapter is intended to clarify and implement chapters 453 and 463E, Hawaii Revised Statutes, adopted by the board of medical examiners, hereafter referred to as "board," to the end that the provisions thereunder may be best effectuated and the public interest most effectively protected.
