Haw. Code R. § 16-85-112 - Grounds for refusal to renew, reinstate or restore, and for revocation, suspension, denial, or condition of license or certificate

In addition to any other acts or conditions provided in sections 436B-19 and 453-8, HRS, the board may refuse to renew, reinstate, or restore, or may deny, revoke, suspend, or condition in any manner, any license or certificate for any one or more of the following acts or conditions:

(1) Failure to comply with, observe, or adhere to any law in a manner such that the board deems the licensee or certificate holder to be an unfit or improper person to hold a license or certificate;
(2) Employing, utilizing, or attempting to employ or utilize at any time any person not licensed or certified where licensure or certification is required; or
(3) Violating this chapter, the applicable licensing laws, or any rule or order of the board.
