Haw. Code R. § 16-85-32 - Authority and purpose

The rules in this part are adopted pursuant to authority granted by section 453-5.1, HRS, and are intended to effectuate the provisions of section 453-6, HRS, relating to the requirement for continuing medical education (CME).
