Haw. Code R. § 16-85-73.5 - PMLexis examination
(a) The PMLexis examinations shall be
conducted in Honolulu on the second Tuesday of June and the first Tuesday in
December or an alternative date designated by the National Board of Podiatric
Medical Examiners. A completed application for examination shall be filed at
least sixty days prior to the examination date and shall be accompanied by the
required fees.
(b) Applicants for
the PMLexis examination shall:
(1) Pass with a
score of at least seventy-five; and
(2) Be allowed postponements after being
scheduled for an examination if the applicant's written request is received by
the board thirty days prior to the scheduled examination date. Failure to meet
this deadline shall result in the forfeiture of the applicant's examination
administration fee.
(c)
The board may accept evidence of passage of the PMLexis in another jurisdiction
in lieu of passage of the PMLexis examination administered in Hawaii.
