Haw. Code R. § 16-97-30 - Demand for hearing
Any person whose application for a license or reinstatement of a license has been denied by the board, shall be entitled to a hearing pursuant to chapter 16-201, provided that a demand for hearing is filed with the board within sixty days of the date of mailing of the letter informing the applicant of the denial of the application.
