Haw. Code R. § 17-656.2-23 - Purpose
The purpose of this subchapter is to establish the requirements of the self-sufficiency program. Eligible households shall be paid monthly benefits in a lump-sum payment to be used for a specific purpose that will lead to self-sufficiency.
