Haw. Code R. § 19-17.1-21 - Revocation of Permit
Any failure by a permit holder to comply with these rules, permit terms and conditions which may be added under the department's custodial management powers, or any misrepresentation of any fact upon any form or document required by these rules shall result in the immediate revocation of the space permit.
