Haw. Code R. § 19-17.1-6 - Change of Hangar and Tie-Down Space Assignment
The director may change the assignment (location) of hangar space or tie-down space deemed comparable by the director, to accomodate repairs, improvements, maintenance, construction, emergencies, or when necessary during a special event. Change of assignments nay also be made to improve operator's use as deemed preferred by the Director.
