Haw. Code R. § 19-34-11 - Severability
These rules are hereby declared to be severable and if any portion or the application thereof to any person, circumstance or property is held to be invalid for any reason, the validity of the remainder of these rules or that of the application of such remainder to other persons, circumstances or property shall not be affected.
